As EverTrue continues to focus on growth and build upon its best-in-class services, the Vice President of Sales (VP) will play a pivotal role in advancing sales performance, expanding market presence, and supporting the organization's commitment to helping older adults live life to the fullest. EverTrue is a nonprofit multisite senior living organization that includes 15 Life Plan Communities, 16 Affordable Housing Communities, and EverTrue Anywhere Care. Each of its 15 Life Plan Communities offers a full continuum of services, with many also providing memory support. EverTrue's communities are located throughout Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Missouri. EverTrue Anywhere Care provides a comprehensive spectrum of services designed to support older adults in their homes, including in-home private duty care, professional therapy services, home care, home health, palliative care, hospice, and PACE program services. Supported by approximately 3,300 dedicated team members, the organization serves residents, clients, and participants of all faiths through a commitment to exceptional service, innovation, and compassionate care Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Sales serves as EverTrue's senior sales executive, providing enterprise-wide strategic leadership for all sales activities across the organization's Life Plan Communities and Anywhere Care service line. Responsible for driving occupancy growth, revenue generation, market expansion, and long-term organizational success, the Vice President will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, oversee enterprise sales operations, and ensure the consistent application of sales processes, performance standards, and best practices. Working closely with leaders across operations, marketing, communications, and finance, this executive will develop market-specific growth strategies, optimize pricing and value positioning, support forecasting and budgeting efforts, and leverage market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, CRM platforms, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengthen brand positioning, and drive informed business decisions. As a collaborative and highly visible leader, the Vice President will foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement by recruiting, developing, and mentoring high-performing sales professionals, strengthening relationships with key referral sources and business partners, and ensuring exceptional experiences for prospective residents, residents, families, and team members. The Vice President will play a critical role in advancing EverTrue's strategic priorities while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, values, and commitment to helping older adults live life to the fullest.
