About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Deposit Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a vision for operational excellence and a focus on driving transformation, efficiency, and customer experience. This role is pivotal in architecting the future of deposit, retail, payment, and product operations, with an emphasis on leveraging technology, AI, data, and talent to deliver best-in-class solutions. The VP will be responsible for staying ahead of emerging payment technologies, regulatory shifts, and customer expectations, and will lead the department in enhancing payment and product offerings to ensure frictionless, secure, and innovative experiences across all channels. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or professional payment certifications preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in banking operations. The role requires a deep understanding of deposit operations, retail banking, payment operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading operational functions, transformational initiatives, and driving operational excellence within a regulated banking environment. Essential skills include the ability to influence executive and cross-functional teams, exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking, as well as experience in operational analytics, process optimization, and automation. The VP will also be responsible for talent development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
