About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP Employee Relations & People Operations to join their team. This strategic HR executive will be a key partner to the CHRO, leading enterprise-wide employee relations, people operations, workforce analytics, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cross-functional projects, turning workforce data into actionable insights, and building scalable HR frameworks that drive alignment, accountability, and operational excellence. The role requires a leader who can drive organizational transformation across various business units, including restructures, capability building, and technology adoption, and who can serve as a strategic thought partner to the CHRO. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' of HR, consulting, project management, strategy, or related experience, with at least 5 years' in a people leadership capacity. Strong employment law knowledge, exceptional executive communication skills, and a proven ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the manufacturing industry and be adept at translating workforce analytics, compliance data, and employee relations trends into executive-ready insights and recommendations. The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and requires a leader who can ensure timeline discipline, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes in all HR projects.
