Keller Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of an automotive parts manufacturer seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources. This leader will shape the company’s people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and oversee human resources across a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement human resources strategies supporting business growth.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Strengthen engagement, retention, accountability, and organizational culture.
• Advise senior leaders on employment matters and organizational decisions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership on workforce availability and labor relations.
• Establish consistent HR policies, processes, systems, and performance measures.
• Lead and develop the company’s human resources team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred.

10+ years of progressive human resources experience.

5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.

Experience supporting manufacturing or automotive environments.

Knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employment compliance.

Experience supporting multiple facilities or business units.

Strong executive communication and organizational leadership skills.

Benefits

Salary: $135,000 to $160,000 annually, plus performance incentive
