Salesforce Administrator

Administer and maintain Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other process automations Create reports, dashboards, and data views for business stakeholders Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions Support system enhancements, releases, integrations, and ongoing optimization Document configurations, processes, and system changes Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and user administration Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows Experience with reports, dashboards, data management, and security Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and platform functionality Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders Experience supporting Salesforce in a production environment Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr The Phoenix Group
