If you're looking for a job that's more than just a job, our Tech family is waiting for you! What's in it for youHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance on DAY ONEPaid Time Off & Accrued Personal TimeTuition ReimbursementLong term & Short-term disabilityGenerous Holiday ScheduleHybrid office schedule (select positions)Immense Growth OpportunitiesRelaxed Family CultureTeladoc, SurgeryPlus, & other medical benefitsOngoing training and manufacturer certification opportunitiesCareer advancement within a growing technology integratorPOSITION OVERVIEW  Performs service repair work of Tech Electronics' systems; assuring that Tech Electronics' standards of quality are maintained during the system repair process.  Ensures systems are repaired completely and efficiently per local and national codes.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the customer on system functionality, satisfactorily completing assigned system repairs, and other tasks assigned by the Service Supervisor and/or Service Operations Manager.  Essential FunctionsResponsible for overseeing the entire system repair process of Tech Electronics' systems at the customer site; ensures that the system repairs meet the needs of the customer.Maintains communications with the Service Supervisor and/or Service Operations Manager throughout the service request as requested.Maintains a detailed understanding of all local and national codes applicable to Tech Electronics' systems and ensures systems adhere to applicable codes.Maintains accurate and complete paperwork for each and every service work order; turns in all paperwork associated with the service request per company processes.Maintains truck stock as specified by the Service Supervisor and/or Service Operations Manager in order to increase first call completion of assigned service calls; provides feedback to the Service Supervisor regarding changes to truck stock in order to increase first call completion.Obtains and maintains manufacturer and industry certifications as scheduled by the Service Supervisor and/or Service Operations Manager.Understands and adheres to the service and safety standards developed and defined by the Company and administered by the Service Supervisor and/or Service Operations Manager.Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations, processes, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.Obeys and abides by all company rules and policies.Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees and managers to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.  POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  Education:Associate 's Degree in a technical field or equivalent industry work experience. Experience:Five years working in the electronics field where AC/DC theory is used on a daily basis Detailed working knowledge of the National Electric Code and the BOCA National Building Codes.NICET certification Tech Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
