In this role, the RN will deliver evidence-based care to individuals recovering from cardiac incidents and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and monitor telemetry readings. Administer medications and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions. Develop personalized exercise and educational plans tailored to each patient. Provide coaching on modifying risk factors to enhance patient health. Assist in discharge planning and collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications and Requirements: Current RN license. Experience in cardiac care or rehabilitation is preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
