Lead Plumbing, HVAC, ELE Dispatcher/CSR

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Lead- Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Dispatcher/ CSR to coordinate daily service operations. This role is critical to keeping technicians scheduled efficiently, customers informed, and jobs running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and understands the urgency of residential and commercial service work. Must be KPI Driven and be able to pull daily,weekly and monthly reports. Service Titan experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians based on skill set, location, and revenue opportunity
Manage incoming service calls, emails, and online requests
Communicate job details, updates, and changes to technicians in real time
Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
Confirm appointments and provide accurate arrival windows to customers
Produce efficient project check downs to ensure customers and technicians are taken care of appropriately, and company resources are being used wisely
Handle emergency and after-hours dispatching when required
Enter and update work orders, notes, and customer information in dispatch software
Maintain communication with every department as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects, and customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Support service managers and technicians with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
1-2 years dispatch experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical required
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
Proficiency with ServiceTitan strongly preferred. Google business, Five9, Probook experience preferred
Knowledge of service call workflows, job prioritization, and technician routing
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
