The Regional Health Care Director will be responsible for ensuring leaders are equipped to provide high quality care for senior residents in their region.
Responsibilities: Regional Health Care Director
- Serve our communities by providing clinical service leadership
- Supervise, oversee and coordinate with all Health Care Directors and medical staff
- Provide training and ensuring effective delivery of services to residents

Requirements: Regional Health Care Director
- Required: Current nursing license as RN (as required by state guidelines) to include annual continuing education requirements
- Required: Previous supervisor experience, preferably in a similar setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services.
- Required: Experience with quality management improvement, familiar with state regulatory requirements, problem solving, staff development skills, coaching and health care services
- Required: Prior experience in multiple location leadership role
