Additional Job Requirements Multi-unit leaders are responsible for the complete and total management of multiple Jersey Mike’s stores / operations, including: Store sales Volume Quality of service Customer satisfaction Profit margin Lead employee training Lead by example Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the Multi-unit Leader Qualifications for the job: Education: High school degree or equivalent 5 Years Store/General/Restaurant Management level leadership experience strongly preferred Must be able to travel to multiple restaurants between IL and IA Previous multi-unit/multi-site supervision is recommended Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Serve Safe Certification - Manager Must have reliable transportation Key Competencies: Strong leadership and execution skills Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask Desire to improve self and skill sets as well as that of others Able to communicate effectively with guests, crew members, support leadership staff, and direct reports.
