• Coordinate Supply Chain Logistics: Meticulously track shipments across multiple programs, ensuring the seamless movement of products through our distribution network.
• Drive Vendor Partnerships: Serve as a key liaison, resolving inquiries and building robust vendor relationships through empathetic daily email and phone communications.
• Optimize Data Workflows: Leverage your mathematical aptitude and Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables are highly preferred) to analyze pre-loaded logistical data and streamline operational tracking.

Essential Qualifications for Success

• 3+ years working as a Logistics Administrative Assistant in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel; ability to navigate and manipulate data effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to articulate complex details clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Unwavering reliability. Our clients plant operates seven days a week, and as this is a specialized, set-schedule role without backup coverage, your consistent presence is mission-critical.
• A proactive mindset and a readiness to learn.
