We are looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise across SAP Retail, PLM, MM, PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management . The consultant will be responsible for translating food manufacturing and service requirements into effective SAP solutions, with a primary focus on recipe management, production planning, quality management, and end-to-end product traceability .
Responsibilities- Lead business requirement sessions, workshops, process analysis, and solution design.
- Configure and support S/4HANA PP-PI, QM, Batch Management, PLM, and MM functionality.
- Design and manage recipe-related processes, including ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, and production master data.
- Implement batch management and traceability processes to support product recalls and ingredient-to-finished-product tracking.
- Work closely with technical teams on interfaces, MES/shop-floor integrations, scales, quality notifications, and custom reporting.
- Support data migration for recipes, BOMs, quality specifications, and historical batch information.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Support SAP Fiori applications for production supervisors and quality teams.
- Provide functional troubleshooting and support for process orders, batch-where-used analysis, inspection types, control keys, and related processes.
- Extensive SAP experience within Process Industries , particularly PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management .
- Hands-on experience with SAP PLM Recipe Development or comparable recipe management solutions.
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality assurance, HACCP, and product traceability .
- Strong business process analysis, configuration, and solution design capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively between business/plant operations and technical IT teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
