Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinator

to the team! This is a hands-on marketing position combining prospect engagement event coordination and marketing execution. Youll thrive in this position if youre naturally outgoing curious about others and confident in starting conversations! You will regularly make outbound calls to people who have expressed varying levels of interest in our firm. This position focuses on developing relationships with prospective clients and guiding them through the decision-making process rather than engaging in high-pressure sales. What Youll Do: Connect with prospective clients by phone including making outbound calls following up with leads answering inbound inquiries and scheduling appointments. Help turn interest from our seminars and other marketing efforts into conversations and appointments with our advisory team. Help plan and coordinate prospect and client events including venues registrations attendance confirmations event materials and follow-up. Attend events and help create a welcoming professional experience for our guests. Schedule appointments with interested prospects at events and through follow-up calls. Maintain accurate prospect information lead activity and follow-up in our CRM (Redtail) Manage and maintain prospect and client email lists. Assist with email campaigns social media lead tracking and other marketing initiatives. Submit marketing materials for compliance review and help manage them through the approval process. Help us continually grow and improve our prospect database and marketing efforts. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree preferred but not required 2 years of experience in marketing customer engagement event coordination inside sales appointment setting or related field Skilled in building strong trust-based relationships with clients and prospects by providing attentive personalized service and guidance Demonstrates

strong

proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating system including Microsoft Office Suite Snappy Kraken and Redtail Excellent communication; written and verbal Collaborative team player willing to assist others Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters What Youll Get: Pay & Perks: Salary $50k- $60k/year based on experience quarterly bonus potential Health Insurance after 30 days 401(k) with match after 90 days PTO after 90 days Schedule: In office: Monday Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm and Fridays 8am-noon Occasional evenings required for client events Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions Advisor Talent Solutions part of the AE Management LLC family of companies supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
