Manufacturing Recruiter

Recruiter (manufacturing), Cary, Illinois, $30 - $40 / hr depending on experience
8am -4:30 Monday - Friday ONSITE
Zing Recruiting has partnered with a top GLOBAL manufacturing company to fill an onsite role for a Recruiter. In this role, incumbent will support 3 area locations to recruit for both temporary to hire and direct hire roles within the manufacturing plants.

Qualifications Include:

• Degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience full cycle recruiting within manufacturing

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying needs from hiring managers
• Entering positions into our ATS (Beeline/SuccessFactors) and obtaining appropriate approvals
• Sourcing candidates from a variety of approaches/social media/targeted reach out, etc
• Qualifying candidates for the various roles
• Conducting initial phone screens and presenting/recommending candidates to be interviewed by various departments
• Scheduling all subsequent interviews
• Drafting and extending offers of employment
• Following the onboarding process through completion
