Bilingual Production Recruiter
Lake Zurich, IL (WFH 1 day a week)
Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Production Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for production and skilled trades positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top manufacturing talent and support workforce growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for production, warehouse, and skilled manufacturing roles
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events
- Build talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs while reducing reliance on third-party agencies
- Attend job fairs and develop partnerships with local schools and workforce development organizations
- Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive new hire experience
- Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and requisitions within UKG Pro
- Train hiring managers on recruiting tools and onboarding processes
- Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Manufacturing recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for production and skilled labor positions
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (UKG experience a plus)
Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000
