PDS is currently hiring a Senior Aerospace Engineering Recruiter for a Direct Hire, Hybrid (4 remote, 1 day on-site) position for the Denver, CO market. This role offers a competitive base salary, a compelling commission structure, uncapped commission potential, and a comprehensive benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all aspects of the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to placement, including building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, contractors, and clients, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our company values.
\n
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent, including attending networking events, and leveraging social media platforms.
\n
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve the recruiting process and make informed decisions.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
\n
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Tenured successful recruiting experience in staffing, handling full life cycle from sourcing to placement.
\n
• Preference will be given to candidates with an Aerospace Engineering recruiting background.
\n
• Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships across a variety of stakeholders.
\n
• Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.
\n
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
\n
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent.
\n
• Understanding technical roles and technical skills in the IT and Aerospace sectors.
\n
• Negotiation skills.
\n
• Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to recruiting challenges
