Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathology role for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Provide essential communication support and interventions to help students succeed academically and socially, while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Colorado SLP License with CDE credential in hand (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, with strong understanding of IEP development and case management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, and flexible demeanor adaptable to varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, other therapists, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student teams
- Provide in-service training to educational staff as needed
