Field Service Technician - Kansas City or Topeka or Wichita

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesThe Mettler-Toledo Product Inspection Field Service Technicians (FST) are required to provide World Class support to our customers through start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training of Safeline X-Ray, Safeline Metal Detectors, Hi-Speed Checkweighers, or CI Vision machines. PI FST's are responsible for managing all aspects of field service support including the following: communications between customers and the service department, effective scheduling, detailed preparation of written reports and documentation, and maintenance of job assignments, while always keeping in mind to follow MT PI procedures and best practices.
