Description HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as a Field Service Technician , a critical role in managing and performing recertification processes for fall protection systems.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

Inspect fall protection systems to ensure worker safety at heights. Accurately and promptly complete inspection reports and test certificates. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively, paying attention to detail, and responding with urgency to customer needs. Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling travel, equipment (e.g., lifts), and materials. Maintain and update records related to inspected systems and customer information. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their fall protection systems through clear and professional communication. Work regularly at heights, using equipment such as lifts, ladders, and harnesses.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

High school diploma or GED. Fluency with all Microsoft Office. Understanding and knowledge of the construction industry. Ability to travel nationwide 80% - 90% of the time.
