SENIOR MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR - 60-80K with 100% paid medical after 90 days, 401K and 15 days of PTO. Monday - Wed and Fridays at the office and Tuesday and Thursday they can work from home. We are looking for a seasoned mortgage professional capable of independently managing high-volume and complex loan transactions from application through closing with precision, urgency, and exceptional client service. Loan Program Experience Required The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with: Foreign National Financing Non-QM Loans Bank Statement Programs DSCR & Investor Loans Conventional Financing Self-Employed Borrowers Pre-Construction Condominium Financing Luxury Condominium Transactions Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of recent mortgage processing experience Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and mortgage documentation Ability to independently process files from submission through closing Experience handling complex financial documentation and asset analysis Strong organizational and time-management skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up abilities Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-production environment Experience working with international and high-net-worth clients preferred We Are Seeking A highly dependable and motivated professional Someone capable of handling multiple complex transactions efficiently A processor who takes ownership of files and understands urgency, accuracy, and client satisfaction A team player with a strong work ethic and long-term growth mentality Immediate hiring opportunity Professional and dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr L2R Consulting
