Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Independence, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver eager for a dedicated role with excellent home time and competitive pay? At American Trucking Group, we offer Dollar Tree delivery routes throughout the Midwest and South, featuring modern equipment and substantial earning potential. Experience the reliability of dedicated retail runs while allowing for quality family time at home.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset with reliable schedules.
- Our dedicated Dollar Tree routes offer consistent timing for meaningful family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths with 1,200-1,500 watt inverters.
- Park at terminals or take the truck home with secure parking available.
Touch Freight:
- 100% touch freight deliveries to Dollar Tree locations.
- 50-60% drop and hook operations, with remaining loads live unloaded for varied daily operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers running 1,800 miles and 4 loads average around $1,400 weekly after tax.
- Benefit from a $1,000 sign-on bonus and additional pay, including detention pay ($12.50/hour after 2nd hour) and layover pay ($100/day excluding Sundays).
Running Area:
- Dedicated Dollar Tree deliveries throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana.
