Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Independence, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a fulfilling OTR role with competitive pay and cutting-edge equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes that offer remarkable mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks, based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, though some drivers may have 2-week stints.
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming responsibility for secured parking.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
- Base pay rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles each month.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with opportunities for dedicated drivers to log up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
- Health insurance begins on the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
- Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program.
- Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
