Position Details Requisition I: 928024 Store #: 130114 EyeCare Delivery Model - OH CSC Position: Full-Time General Function Responsible for workforce planning of doctors (ODs) including labor scheduling, forecasting, and trend analysis. This role leads process improvement for employed doctor onboarding, credentialing, and new technology setup, requiring strategic business process understanding and detailed execution. Major Duties and Responsibilities Lead decision‑making related to employed doctor (OD) scheduling, technology, onboarding process improvement, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of employed doctor scheduling, including hour forecasts, predictability, and timely resolution of open schedules. Identify and manage remote and in‑person doctor synergies across all locations to provide appropriate coverage for each store. Identify, measure, and revise labor standards to uncover sales growth opportunities. Manage prioritization with brand leaders and Regional Eye Care Directors to align store needs. Create trusting relationships with leadership, stakeholders, ODs, Managing Doctors, and Regional Eye Care Directors. Analyze results, identify trends and variances, determine root causes, and quantify impacts to plans. Oversee and create OD work schedules and PTO records for assigned markets. Respond quickly to unplanned situations that create schedule gaps; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays when stores are open. Develop methodology to automate and streamline Kronos Scheduling and identify process improvement opportunities. Provide support for special projects as assigned. Perform ad hoc operational analyses. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field. 5+ years’ experience in business analysis or workforce planning. Strong self‑starter able to manage multiple competing priorities. Strong communication skills and customer‑service focus. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Strong relationship‑building skills. Project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Analytical experience in making operational recommendations or ROI analysis. Critical thinking ability to assimilate disparate information, construct hypotheses, and formulate recommendations. Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities. Available nights and weekends, as needed. Rotate on‑call schedule. Preferred Qualifications Kronos Scheduling experience. Vendor management experience.
