Pioneer College Caterers is a nationwide leader in providing exceptional dining experiences, and we proudly serve Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. What You'll Be DoingAs a PM Production Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our evening kitchen production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing food preparation and production during evening shifts.
- Maintaining a clean-as-you-go cooking style to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
- Staying organized to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed to assist with kitchen operations.
- Collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality meals that meet our standards.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant kitchen/production management experience.
- Strong organizational skills to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- A commitment to cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of the job.
