Commercial Roofing SuperintendentOur client is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale roofing projects. This role requires a proven leader with deep technical knowledge of roofing systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Responsibilities:Supervise all field activities including crew scheduling, safety compliance, and quality controlCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project schedulesConduct daily jobsite meetings and enforce safety protocolsReview project plans and specifications to ensure accurate executionCommunicate progress updates with project managers and clients, maintaining detailed site documentationRequirements:7+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory roleStrong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems and installation methodsProven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple priorities on active jobsitesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsOSHA safety training or certification preferredAbility to read blueprints and construction documentsWhy Join Our Client: Our client has earned a strong reputation in the commercial roofing industry for delivering reliable, high-quality solutions across diverse markets.
