What We’re Looking For:

• Active COTA certification and relevant state licensure
• Previous experience in school settings (preferred)
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and therapy documentation
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and varying caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to support multiple campuses as needed

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of licensed OTs
• Collaborate with educators and therapy staff to support students’ individualized goals
• Help ensure documentation is timely and compliant with district and federal requirements
• Provide hands-on support for students to develop fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Adapt session plans as guided by supervising OTs for various learning environments
• Communicate progress and observations effectively to team members and families
