Hemodialysis RN – Salida, CO

Location: Salida, CO
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Shift: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: May include holiday coverage if the dialysis unit is operating

We are seeking a skilled Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-week travel assignment in Salida, Colorado.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide dialysis care for in-center, acute, and peritoneal dialysis patients
• Perform comprehensive pre-treatment, ongoing, and post-treatment patient assessments
• Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments and respond to changes in condition
• Operate and monitor hemodialysis equipment, ensuring accurate treatment parameters
• Safely access fistulas and grafts while minimizing the risk of clot formation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Minimum 6 months of Hemodialysis RN experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required (BSN preferred)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and dialysis equipment skills
