• Respond to repair requests in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Diagnose and repair appliances using our proven Grand Appliance methods.
• Use tablet and/or smartphone technology to manage daily tasks.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in appliance servicing or repair is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record are required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs following Grand Appliance Safety protocols.
• Customer service skills are required as you will be communicating with customers about their service.
