• Additional Details: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for patient care services delivered at Bethel Family Clinic.Provide guidance, supervision, and collaboration with clinical staff, including physicians, PAs, NPs, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and ancillary healthcare personnel.Support quality improvement initiatives, clinical compliance, patient safety activities, and evidence-based care practices.Participate in peer review, provider mentoring, and ongoing clinical performance evaluation activities as assigned.Participate in the development, implementation, and review of clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.Collaborate with administrative leadership to support operational goals, regulatory compliance, credentialing, and clinical performance initiatives.Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with accepted standards of medical practice and organizational policies.Address patient concerns and provide education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, nutrition, hygiene, and overall wellness.Maintain active licensure, DEA registration (if applicable), board certification, continuing medical education requirements, and all other required credentials.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements
