We are currently seeking for a highly motivated, goal oriented, and customer focused individual to join our team. This diverse role will allow you to foster your skills in sales, customer service and marketing. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including but not limited to incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork Show off our community by walking the property with prospective residents and delivering a persuasive sales pitch about the benefits of living our apartment homes Attain leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth Greet and build rapport with prospects and residents Attentively respond to phone and email inquiries including but not limited to providing leasing information and setting up appointments Maintain courteous communications and follow-up correspondence with residents, applicants and prospects Conduct weekly market survey by shopping nearby comparable properties Have a good understanding of the overall industry and market trend Assist with resident retention programs and community events Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Prior leasing, customer service and or hospitality experience preferred Must be able to work weekends Intermediate computer skills in Windows/Mac environment Exemplary communication and customer service skills Ability to interact with others in a team environment Attention to detail and organization skills Outstanding time-management andproblem solving skills Equal Housing Opportunity Wheelchair Accessible Dittmar Company is an FHA and ADA compliant builder and property manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
