Job DescriptionTitle: Consultant | Hybrid | Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FLRole DetailsWe are seeking a full-time Business Analyst/Consultant to serve as a key partner between business and technology teams. The successful candidate will bring expertise in one or more anti-fraud areas—Identity and Verification (ID&V), fraud detection, investigations, or case management—within credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management. The candidate will help leading financial institutions analyze business and system needs and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.Must-Have Qualifications5–8 years of financial services experience in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth managementExperience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programsStrong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile delivery, with experience partnering with business teams to elicit and document functional requirementsResponsibilitiesWork directly with financial services clients to understand their business objectivesPlan and facilitate workshops for assigned projectsWork closely with engineers and testers to deliver agreed project outcomesAdapt to changing client needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAnalyze systems, business processes, data models, workflows, and integrationsPrepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and UAT test cases and supportTravel as needed based on project requirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degreeWorking Model: The candidate is expected to work from an Infosys or client office three days per week.Primary Location: Irving, Texas or Jacksonville, FloridaCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
