Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.The Analytics Engineer will play a key role in supporting commercial performance across the organization. This individual will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, and Category Management to develop data-driven insights, enhance sales execution, and support pricing strategies across multiple customer channels. The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of pricing and sales effectiveness strategies across Direct Customers, GPOs, Distributors, and alternate channels.Analyze customer, product, market, and channel data to identify trends, sales opportunities, and performance gaps.Develop standardized reports, tools, and dashboards that improve visibility into pricing and sales performance.Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to internal stakeholders.Support creation and maintenance of pricing playbooks, discount structures, compliance frameworks, and related governance processes.Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of pricing, sales programs, and commercial execution.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, sales analytics, commercial strategy, marketing, or a related discipline.Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Vistex, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Excel).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization.Proven ability to drive change through data, insights, and structured problem-solving.Preferred QualificationsExperience in medical products, medical devices, or related healthcare industries.Knowledge of medical/surgical distribution channels and the GPO landscape.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
