We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor to support a Walk-In Behavioral Health Clinic in Anchorage. Responsibilities Include Providing counseling, education, and case management within structured programs as part of a multidisciplinary team. Assisting in developing and maintaining program processes and group curricula. Demonstrating advanced clinical skills and serving as a resource for other clinicians. Supporting organizational values and contributing to a patient-focused, whole-person care environment. Qualifications And Skills Required Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Alaska clinical licenses such as Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor, upon hire. Basic Life Support certification. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Additional Information Role involves full-time, on-site work with multiple shifts available. Pay range is $40.11 - $62.27 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials or bonuses. Offers comprehensive benefits supporting professional growth and well-being.
