Growing together.This role provides financial support to the Chief Data Office within Optum Technology, with a primary focus on headcount (FTE) tracking, FTE related expenses, and vendor technology costs. The analyst will organize and analyze financial data to create clear, accurate, and insightful reporting that supports decision making by CIO leaders.The ideal candidate is detail oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across finance and technology teams to translate complex data into a clear financial story.This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. Primary Responsibilities:Track, analyze, and maintain accurate reporting of:FTE headcountFTE related expenses (compensation, benefits, allocations)Vendor and third party technology costsPartner closely with Chief Data Office leaders to support ongoing financial management and forecastingOrganize financial data into clear, structured views that enable storytelling and executive level insights for CIOs Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership reviewsSupport month end, forecast, and budget activities related to technology and workforce spendEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across multiple financial sources and reporting toolsCollaborate with peers across finance, technology, and operations to resolve data questions and drive shared understandingYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, OR a related field4+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, OR a related analytical roleProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointAnalytical skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and non finance partnersAbility to work collaboratively in a team oriented environmentAbility to work full time.
