Job Summary:
The position of Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) is located in Chewelah, Washington. This critical access healthcare provider has a need for a qualified RRT to join their team. The right candidate will be expected to perform a variety of adult critical care procedures, including intubation, extubation, airway management, and mechanical ventilation weaning. Candidates are required to bring their valid Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission); Valid Allied Health license in hand; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification; 0 years of experience is acceptable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, LTAC (Long Term Acute Care) experience, Trauma Level I or II experience, and travel experience.
• Float: Possibly to other facilities within 25 minutes.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Travelers refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Submission requires the last four digits of the SSN at the time of submittal; RTO (Reasonable Time Off) and specific scheduling requests must be requested upfront during submittal, as post-submission RTO will not be approved. References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required.
