Contract Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the creation, negotiation, and administration of consulting and promotional service agreements for an industry-leading healthcare organization. This role requires exceptional customer service, contract management, and communication skills while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Create, review, negotiate, and execute consulting and promotional service contracts in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable healthcare industry guidelines throughout the contracting process. Partner with internal stakeholders, legal teams, compliance groups, and external consultants to facilitate timely contract execution. Interpret contractual requirements and independently review standard agreements while escalating complex issues when appropriate. Maintain accurate contract documentation and records to support audit readiness and operational excellence. Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes and contribute to the development of standardized procedures and best practices. Build strong relationships with business partners and provide exceptional customer service throughout the contract lifecycle. Utilize procurement and contract management systems to monitor contract status, resolve issues, and communicate updates proactively. Support cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvements and operational efficiency. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience managing high-volume contract processing or contract administration. Experience negotiating, reviewing, and administering contracts. Strong understanding of contract compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with procurement or contract management systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations. Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning systems. Experience in project coordination or project management. Knowledge of healthcare industry compliance standards and regulations. Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, medical affairs, research, or commercial teams.
