Artech provides technical expertise to fill gaps in clients' immediate skill-sets availability, deliver emerging technology skill-sets, refresh existing skill base, allow for flexibility in project planning and execution phases, and provide budgeting/financial flexibility by offering contingent labor as a variable cost.Job DescriptionThe Business Readiness group sits within World Wide Customer Operations and works in collaboration with the Symphony business Readiness team and the cross functional stakeholders to create, develop, implement and manage the Symphony Readiness processes, governance and tools for Vmware global product launches.Leads process improvement projects to evolve the Symphony framework focusing on SaaS and SolutionsLiaise with Symphony Business Readiness Managers and cross functions leads to gather readiness requirements.Manages the PMO governance forums for executive reporting on launch readinessActs as advisor to the stakeholders regarding symphony frameworkDocument best practices and create templates in areas of launch managementHelps in managing the PMO content and workflow online tools in Sharepoint Qualifications The ideal candidate will have project management experience with SaaS/cloud service launches and will have participated in cross-functional launch projects with global teams.
