Customer Success Specialist

Insight Global

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our policyholders and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all service issues and will be adept at managing multiple tasks with a focus on delivering quality service. This role offers ample room for advancement and the opportunity to make a positive impact.


Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years in customer service.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is highly desirable.
- Experience working with broker agents or having a broker license is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills, professional demeanor under pressure, and the ability to attract like-minded team members.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of customer success experience
- Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
- Proficient with applicable software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong aptitude for technical software products


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
