Customer Service Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for brokers, agents, and policyholders, helping to resolve service inquiries, navigate our platform, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support to brokers, agents, and policyholders via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, policy questions, and account-related issues.
- Assist u with navigating MGT's online platform and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support the policy lifecycle by helping facilitate payments, policy documentation, endorsements, and service requests.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions within internal systems.
- Identify trends, recurring customer issues, and opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Demonstrate ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution.
- Contribute to customer retention efforts by providing proactive, high-quality support.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of customer service, customer success, account management, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort learning new technology platforms and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
