Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
Client Details This opportunity is with a reputable company in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The organization is a medium-sized enterprise, recognized for its commitment to quality and operational excellence. Description- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- ASC 606
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful audit processes.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- SAP
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
