Responsibilities Engage in all aspects of the day‑to‑day operation of the Applebee’s—from building guest relationships to promoting community involvement. Meet sales and profit goals and maintain your store. Promote our brand standards in every aspect of daily operation as Keeper of the Brand. Address and solve operational problems, demonstrating resilience under stress. Set the tone for the operation of the Applebee’s and act as a role model. Qualifications 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required. Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements. Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and lift 25-50 pounds. Position reports to General Manager.
