Overview Physical Therapist – General in Gloversville, New York, begins 08/24/2026 for a travel assignment lasting 12 weeks. Develop and implement individualized plans of care to restore mobility, strength, balance, and function. Provide therapeutic interventions, including gait training, therapeutic exercise, ROM, strengthening, and balance training; select appropriate modalities as indicated. Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Educate residents and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and strategies to maintain function after discharge or transfer. Requirements Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required. Ability to work a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Willingness to participate in a 12-week travel assignment. Strong documentation and communication skills for care coordination.
