Role Overview Piston Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team supporting the Piston Automotive business unit. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Redford, MI and will play a critical role in supporting both end users and core IT infrastructure. What You Will Do Provide daily end-user support Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory Manage phone systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have experience across a broad range of technologies and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
