Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist customers, answer questions, and provide a positive experience throughout each interaction. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, solving routine problems, and developing strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Address routine customer questions and concerns.
- Communicate product and service information clearly and accurately.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.
- Support customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with promotional and customer outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Communicate customer feedback and questions to appropriate team members.
- Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus but not required.
