Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will communicate with customers and prospects, assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, document interactions, and help ensure every conversation reflects the professional standards of our company. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and interactions.
• Follow established call procedures, communication guidelines, and internal processes.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Escalate complex questions or concerns when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.

• Follow up with customers when additional communication is required.
