OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Norfolk, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What you'll do:

• Safely operate company dry vans, perform thorough pre/post‑trip inspections, and maintain accurate trip logs.
• Communicate with dispatch to meet scheduled pickups and on‑time deliveries across national lanes.

• Starting pay at 65¢/mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus safety, clean inspection, and referral bonuses. Modern trucks under three years include APUs, inverters, sleepers, and company maintenance.

Qualifications: valid CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience. Home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits offered.
