Construction Project Administrator

$35 - $38 per hour

A confidential industry leader is seeking Construction Project Administrators to support a company-wide transition from Procore to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) - Contract through End of 2026 (Potential for Permanent Hire) in Irving, TX while assisting with large commercial and industrial construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and document control. Configure and maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, user access, and permissions. Track project documentation, deadlines, and reporting while supporting project teams. Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation processes. Qualifications 2+ years of construction project administration or project coordination experience. Experience with ACC, Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms. Strong Microsoft Excel and organizational skills. Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred.
