Kelly Services is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include filing, scanning, data entry, answering phones, and greeting guests. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. 

• Pay: $20
• Shift: 9:30am -3pm 

Responsibilities:

• Filing and scanning documents
• Data entry into computer systems
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting guests and visitors
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Providing general office support
• Assisting with basic inquiries and guiding visitors

Qualifications: 

• 1 year of office experience 
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly and professional demeanor
