Finance Manager

I’ve partnered with a North Dublin HQ’d manufacturing company to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function and team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, team management, and standard costing, ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Prepare and oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Develop and maintain standard costing models to support pricing and cost control Monitor variances and analyse cost trends to improve financial efficiency Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Support business growth initiatives through financial planning and analysis Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements Requirements 4 years’ experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry Strong financial reporting, standard costing, and budgeting experience Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is an advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
