Billing Administrator

The HT Group is looking for a dependable and organized Billing Administrator to join our client in Beaumont for this contract-to-hire role. This position pays $18-$20/hour and follows a Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule. The ideal candidate will have a background in billing and administrative support, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately Create and maintain new patient charts Accurately input documents and medical orders into the system Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations Order medications and label them upon receipt Perform data entry and general administrative duties as needed If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
